About the Workshop

The Seven Principles Program For Couples is an 4 hour workshop based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman. This educational workshop is designed to help couples enhance and protect their relationship by guiding them through fun, interactive exercises, and effective tools that assist in the development of more effective communication, a strengthened friendship bond, and improved conflict management skills. It  has strengthened the relationships of a countless number of couples.

Presenter

Dr. Mesha Ellis is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. In addition to being a Certified Sex Therapist and Sex Therapy Supervisor, she is a Certified Gottman Therapist, consultant, and workshop leader.
